Order Processing Info:
My current processing time for personalized items is 4-6 business days. This does not include transit time once item(s) ship. Birth Announcement Plushies require approval before stitching. Please be sure to check your email for a design proof which will be sent within 24 hours of order. Proofs will NOT other items unless requested . My promise to my wonderful customers is to provide great customer service and ship on time. Plushie orders will be refunded after 7 days from order if proof is not approved.
