Refund policy
Returns
ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the personalization/customization of the items we create, WE DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds. If we have made a mistake on your order, please notify us within 3 DAYS of receiving the order so we can make arrangements for you to return the item and receive a replacement. We will provide you with a replacement once the original item(s) has been returned. All errors must be reported to 406baby.mt@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.
Incorrect Address, unclaimed package, return to sender:
Should your package be returned to us for reasons including but not limited to the ones listed above, you will be responsible for paying return shipping fees for us to reship your items.
Exchanges
NO EXCHANGES. Please refer to the size chart provided prior to ordering to ensure the correct size is ordered. If you have questions about sizing, please email 406baby.mt@gmail.com before order is placed and we will be happy to assist in choosing the correct size.
Cancellations
Online orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email 406baby.mt@gmail.com for assistance. A $10 cancellation fee will be deducted from any cancelled orders. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued as STORE CREDIT.
Items that have been packaged, shipped, and in transit are not eligible for cancellation.
