Returns & Exchanges
ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the personalization of the items, I DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds. However, if there is a problem with your order, please notify me within 3 DAYS of receipt of the order so we can make arrangements. I will provide you with a replacement once the original item(s) has been returned.
Colors, Fabric and Placement
I strive to provide detailed pictures and descriptions on all items so you are confident before purchasing. While care is taken to represent colors accurately, every monitor is different and I cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric or thread. Also note that each piece is handmade and slight variations do occur.
Care Instructions
All items can be machine washed on gentile cycle in cold water. Remove inner pod(s) and ribbon on plushies before washing. All items can be machine dried on low heat.
Processing Time
Processing time is the time needed to make the item. It does not include the shipping time. Most items have a production time of 5 business days not including holidays and weekends. If you have a specific date you need your item(s) by, please contact me BEFORE order is placed.
Shipping/Address Issues
It is very important to verify all information is correct during checkout. The shipping address on the order will be the address used for shipment. If a package is returned due to a wrong address or is undeliverable as addressed, a new shipping label will need to be purchased by the buyer in order to ship the package again. This process will also delay the time frame in which the order is received. The best way to avoid this process is to verify all information is correct before ordering. I am not responsible for shipping delays once item leaves my possession. USPS or other carrier delays can happen for a variety of reasons out of my control.
