ALL SALES FINAL. Due to the personalization of the items, I DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds. However, if there is a problem with your order, please notify me within 3 DAYS of receipt of the order so we can make arrangements. I will provide you with a replacement once the original item(s) has been returned.
Colors, Fabric and Fabric Placement
I strive to provide detailed pictures and descriptions on all items so you are confident before purchasing. While care is taken to represent colors accurately, every monitor is different and I cannot guarantee the colors you see match the colors of actual fabric or thread. Also note that each piece is handmade and slight variations in fabric and fabric placement do occur. Occasionally fabrics or fabric placement may vary from the original picture. There are also times when a fabric choice is back ordered, out of stock, or discontinued. I will always communicate these instances with you before completing your order.
The best way to care for your items is to hand wash or gentle machine wash in cold water. Turn garment inside out before washing to protect thread. Items can by machine dried on low. Use a warm iron with no steam as needed. It is best to use an ironing cloth over design if possible.
Plushies can be machines washed on gentile cycle. Remove inner pod(s) and ribbon before washing. Dry on low head.
The shirts used are boutique quality and sizing charts/measurements are provided in each listing. Garment is 100% combed cotton and minimal shrinkage should be expected. Returns will not be accepted due to sizing issues.
Processing time is the time needed to make the item. It does not include the shipping time. Most items have a processing time of 1-2 weeks. Current processing time for individual items will be detailed in each listing. If you have a specific date you need your item(s) by, please contact me BEFORE order is placed.
It is very important to verify all information is correct during checkout. The shipping address on the order will be the address used for shipment. If a package is returned due to a wrong address or is undeliverable as addressed, a new shipping label will need to be purchased by the buyer in order to ship the package again. This process will also delay the time frame in which the order is received. The best way to avoid this process is to verify all information is correct before ordering. I am not responsible for shipping delays once item leaves my possession. USPS or other carrier delays can happen for a variety of reasons out of my control.
